Review “Struggles in the Fields” and the research done by Offen (Module 1), Malone (Module 1), and Kang. In 800 to 1,200 words, indicate how you, as an executive of either a non-profit advocating for undocumented workers or an executive of an agricultural conglomerate, would use Offen’s criteria or Kang’s actor- network theory (ANT) to either develop or respond to demands made by undocumented workers for worker’s compensation. Your review should comment on how you would use qualitative and quantitative research as part of a community-based participatory research evaluation of your efforts. The review should include a diagram of your design using the style defined in the Research Designs document, and an identification of the strength of the research based on the Hierarchy of Evidence from the Research Questions document (Module 1).
