Task: Prepare a report for a current problem facing U.S. law enforcement and our multi cultural communities. Components: ideas to assist you in the formation of your report Define the problem including data and statistics. Why did you determine it is a problem? What are the possible solutions? What are the short/ long-term implications if this problem is not addressed? Your recommendations/ solutions REQUIRED Topic: Interaction between Law enforcement and minorities and how its portrayed to us through media USE ERIC GARNER and SANDRA BLAND’S AS EXAMPLES OF THIS AND TALK ABOUT VIDEOS THAT WERE POSTED ON SOCIAL MEDIA Written Report: Each student is required submit a written report that has a minimum of 4 full pages of written content NOT including the cover page ANY PAPER SUBMITTED WITH LESS THAN THE REQUIRED CONTENT WILL RECEIVE ZERO POINTS. The report must also have a cover page. You must cite at least four references. Wikipedia is not expectable. The report must be in APA format. Any report not in proper grammar/format (APA) or not in your own words will not receive a passing grade. Your grade will be based on format, grammar, content/understanding of subject matter, and references.
