Jacksonian Democracy and Economic and Cultural Growth article review

Please pick an article that deals with any subject covered in our class time frame. The paper is to be about two pages with a short summary of the article and your response to it (such as the responses you have been writing thus far in class). The paper is worth 20 extra credit points and you may do a maximum of TWO journal reviews. Please read a historical journal article and write a two page review of it. A historical journal is a scholarly work such as the Journal of American History, American Historical Review, William and Mary Quarterly and many more. You can look at them in your local college or town library. These DO NOT include magazines like Time or Newsweek. If you have a question on if the journal you want to use is acceptable please ask me. The best way to find articles is through the Library function on the class website. The easiest way to find these is to use the library function on the class website. The review must be at least 350 words and be a short review of the article and your response to it, what you learned, what was interesting etc.
