Judith Butler: Performativity (Post-Structuralism)
Students will be evaluated through group Presentation and class discussion ( 20 % ) , as well as a Final Essay ( 50 % ) that identifies relevant arguments and offers reflections towards their roles as an individual , and a professional in our global society at large , and in the art and design community in particular . Quality of seminar participation , and students ‘ understanding and criticalness towards relevant theoretical and social concerns are particularly looked for in various preliminary written assignments ( 30 % ) leading towards their final essay.
