The paper is a reflection on an interview, and the interview. The reflection itself has to be 5-7 pages. the interview itself (which should be forged I guess…) is an appendix. Questions for the interview: * How would you define your leadership ? * In your first leadership positions, how easily did you adapt to responsibility and challenge? * Do you feel leadership is a quality you born with or can it be learned? * Is it a the manager’s responsibility to develop the strengths of others? If so, how can you help others develop their strengths? * What are some methods you use to influence your subordinates to meet your objectives? * What are some methods you use when managing conflicts? Both at a subordinate and professional level. * How do you prepare yourself for difficult decisions that will undoubtedly affect the morale of the workplace? * What is the most important lesson you have learned about leadership? * What advise would you provide to an aspiring executive leader?
