  1. 1) List three differences between the teaching/learning process you experienced in high school and the teaching/learning process you have encountered at SCSU. Write a page (at least one-full page) discussing each item and how you must change for success in college.
  2. 2) Read the section Priority Management (Landis, p. 148):

a) Imagine a project you must complete (e.g., any “complex” project will do) and make a list of at least 20 items/activities required for successful completion of the project.

  1. b) Classify each item/activity into a priority matrix (see below).
  2. c) Consider the distribution of activities in your priority matrix (i.e. how many items

are in quadrant I, II, III and IV). Write a document (at least two-full pages including your priority matrix) explaining how you can arrange your schedule to focus on Quadrant II activities while minimizing Quadrant III/IV activities.

Quadrant I: Urgent and Important

• ItemA • ItemB

Quadrant II: Not Urgent, Important

• ItemC • ItemD

Quadrant III: Urgent, Not Important

• ItemE • ItemF

Quadrant IV: Not Urgent, Not Important

• ItemG • ItemH
