Long term chronic diseases interview

This week’s assignment: Interview a friend, neighbor, or family member who has a long-term, chronic illness. Be sure to review the long-term care services for chronic illnesses to determine if the disease meet the criteria for a defined chronic illness. The report should be written in a narrative form vs. a question and answer format. Be sure to cover the following points (including but not limited to) in your exchange with this individual: Impact of the illness on daily life; Social and/or financial burdens the illness causes; How the illness affects loved ones, family members, or life partners. What services are needed, if any? Any lessons learned primarily the issues you may face as a future administrator when confronted with treating a patient with this illness. Assignment for this week: Submit a three-page report on your findings. Be sure to follow the APA guidelines (in regards to citing work from other authors other than yourself) demonstrate module competence and understanding and your lessons learned more as a reflection conclusion for the assignment.
