5 scholarly peer-review journals for references Middle-Range Theorist/Personal Statement Paper (10%): The student will identify a mid-range theory, analyze the theory, and develop a personal statement describing the concepts of the theory and how it relates to their current nursing practice. In addition, the student will discuss how this theory may impact their future nursing role. Students will also include a discussion about any metaparadigm concepts if they are incorporated into the theory. If the theory does not specifically declare metaparadigm concepts, please explain which metaparadigms concepts relate to this theory. The paper should be 4-5 pages (excluding the title page and references).
