Measuring Executive Performance

You will each need to write 4 pages papers are topics assigned. The topic is measuring executive performance. Your grade for the paper will focus on your ability to analyze, write in a scholarly manner using APA format, and incorporate at least 3 scholarly references. See the grading rubric attached here for more specific grading criteria. Details: here is a lot of controversy in the US about how best to evaluate senior executives’ performance. And how best to tie that to compensation. That is the basic question for the second writing assignment. You might want to look ahead at that chapter in order to get a broad overview of executive performance and how it is measured. In addition, here is the information I took down in class that were some thoughts we can review and analyze.
