MOCK GUARDIANSHIP COURT HEARING OR TRIAL

Students will select a role to portray in this MOCK GUARDIANSHIP COURT HEARING OR TRIAL. The student will prepare a one paragraph, “mock testimony” for the hearing. Students will work with other students in preparation for their court appearance. Students will reflect on the resources needed to maintain independence for older adults. Students will identify how mental and physical incapacities are documented for court proceedings.
