“More Liberty Means Less Government”, Walter Williams

In “More Liberty Means Less Government”, Walter Williams states on page 179 of your assigned reading “Most of what constitutes America’s legal structure violates at least the liberty and property of another”. Then, he goes on to provide you what he believes are several examples of this. In other words, Williams is saying that often in protecting the rights of some, the law violates the rights of others. Choose an example of this from your reading and attack or defend it (with facts, not just opinion).
