Furthermore, your will evaluated possible analytical epidemiological study designs, and will select the most applicable study design used to address the main research questions. Finally, you should describe selected study design and critically evaluate the main strengths and limitations, including comparative evaluation of possible alternative study designs and proper justification to illustrate the relevance and applicability of selected study design and relevant research methods. You should describe the research methods relevant to selected study design by using specific and practical examples, such as: sampling methods and study sample population, inclusion and exclusion criteria, comparative group, prospective statistical data analysis, expected results, possible sources and types of bias, confounders, and relevant measures applied to improve the validity and reliability of selected study design and research methods. The discussion should also include the list of your research questions and relevant research objectives. Note that the research objectives must illustrate clearly and accurately the process and main steps of research in your proposed investigation.
