A patient with history of obesity, hypertension and hyperlipidemia was seen in the office for annual check up. The patient is on lisinopril 20 mg po daily, atenolol 50 mg po daily, lasix 20 mg po daily, atorvastatin 40 mg po daily at bedtime and baby aspirin 81 mg po daily.
