Identify an organized criminal enterprise. Research the organization′s activities for the last 10-20 years and identify common ″legitimate″ businesses they engage in or are associated with. Explain the ″benefit″ type relationship that exists between the organization and the local business community (if you feel one exists). Explain the extent of the relationship, how each party benefits, the common activities/industries involved, and any successful efforts by law enforcement to detect or intercede.
