Overview of the issue as related to Gravity Payments

Each team will be assigned a “strategic view” from the case including: the CEO, the employees, shareholders, competitors, and the customers. After conducting background research on the issue of equitable pay and living wages in general, research the issues associated with your particular “stock holders.” Prepare a four page (single spaced) executive summary that covers the following: a) overview of the issue as related to Gravity Payments, b) perspective from your particular “Stockholders,” c) recommendations for how your “Stockholders” constituency should respond moving forward, d) overall recommendations for how Gravity Payments can build a sustainable pay strategy.
