Overview

There are many different CRM platforms available. Some are cloud-based, others are locally hosted. Some are designed around integrations and other business process or enterprise-level activities while others are solely CRM systems. Some have mobile capabilities, portal integrations, push services (e.g., email, text), and offer real-time analytics decisions at or beyond the point of sale based on customer profile. There are many popular CRM systems that often require a six-figure investment (HubSpot, Oracle CRM, Salesforce, SAP CRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Zoho Office Suite, BPM Online, NetSuite CRM, etc.). Each platform has different uses, focal points, integrations, and capabilities. But, there are also free CRM platforms available that are open source and extremely powerful.
