You are going to pick one area of Performance Management that you identify as an important trend moving forward. A future trend that will be impactful to HR. He said it would be helpful to use Chapter 16 as a guidelines because it was an overview of all the different areas of Performance Management to chose from. Any topic that you choose that may be of interest to you would be okay. He said the paper should identify the trend you identify and then discuss the pro’s and con’s ( what I see is a good thing and what I see as potential bad) and what my conclusion would be. Your grade for the paper will focus on your ability to analyze, write in a scholarly manner using APA format, and incorporate at least 5 scholarly references. Then pick one area is trendy in performance management (Pick one issue and how does it impact in the future) MANAGEMENT P.445″) Then, how you address that? you should set up the argument and analyze by showing the right side of this argument “Pros”, and the show the against side of this case “cons”.
