Process analysis assignment

For this assignment, please submit a draft of your process analysis assignment to Smarthinking so you can get some tutor feedback–then you will submit the comments the tutor gave you. Smarthinking can be accessed on the left side of this page (where it says “Smarthinking”), or under the “Tools” tab or under the main Blackboard site on the left. Please submit a draft of your paper and then, once you receive some feedback from your tutor (it should take 24-48 hours), submit the FULL comments the tutor gave you as a readable file. Here is what to do to earn full credit for this assignment. First, write a draft of your paper. To earn credit, you must upload a FULL draft to Smarthinking for review. Then… 1. Upload a FULL draft of your paper to Smarthinking. If you have questions about this, ask me EARLY so I can help. The paper might be “rough,” but otherwise, it needs to be done and solid (no half-baked attempts, letters to grandma, not addressing the prompt, etc.). 2. Wait 24-48 hours to hear back from your tutor. When they get busy, they take awhile. SEND YOUR DRAFT IN EARLY!!!!! It takes awhile to hear back from the tutor, but it should not take more than 48 hours. If you do not hear back from your tutor, follow up with them and/or send another one/call tech support, etc. Do not just sit on it because the excuse of “they didn’t get back to me” will not fly (the tutors do not ignore you, though, so don’t worry). 3. They will send you a Word file (docx) with comments. These are not exhaustive comments, but they should help. Ideally, you will use Smarthinking in conjunction with other types of help, including meeting with me, going to the Student Success Center, and working on your own revising. Smarthinking is not a one-stop shop, but it will help. 4. You attach a copy of that full Word file to this assignment so I can see what they told you to do (and to verify you have done this).
