Progressive America Critiques

I will provide two videos for you, one video is 28 minutes long about Roosevelt and the New Deal and the other video is 8 minutes long on Kennedy vs. Nixon and you need to answer the 6 questions for each of the two videos Guidelines for film critiques 1. Are the characters well developed or are they merely flat, two-dimensional persons? 2. Discuss the main theme or themes of the film and how they are treated in the plot development. 3. Do the costumes and settings look authentic and convincing? 4. Is the use of lighting, either natural or artificial, effective in setting mood? 5. In the same regard, how appropriate and effective is any music that is used in the film? 5. How would you judge the cinematography? 6. What did you learn from the film?
