Research a federal law enforcement agency and write about your findings for that particular agency

Everyone has an idea of what the average, “run of the mill” police officer looks like. Let’s have a look at some of the Federal Agencies. There are many different agents of the government that work for federal law enforcement agencies that get overlooked every day. For the paper requirement of the class, research a federal law enforcement agency and write about your findings for that particular agency. Include what the primary function of that agency, a bit of history about that agency, and the requirements for the candidates for that agency. We see police officers just about every day. Why don’t we see agents from your chosen agency on a more frequent basis? For this project, FBI and DEA are off limits. Everybody knows about these agencies. So, find one that is more off the beaten path.
