Being a good nonprofit manager involves understanding the different processes of decision making. It also involves understanding one’s own strengths and weaknesses and how these affect our ability to handle decisions. Imagine yourself a manager of a nonprofit organization. Consider all of the different pieces of information that flow into your psyche each day. Then add to those the many different decisions you need to make. How can it all be handled?
