Assessment 2: Marketing Project (group) 40 marks (10 marks will be individually awarded)
Students are to choose a company (not a service company).
Then:
a) Segment the market appropriately for the companies products. Ensure you explain your reasoning for your decisions
b) Undertake a marketing mix- the 4Ps – for the company.
c) Recommendations. Based on what you have uncovered from (a) and (b) consider a new segment that the company should target (will the marketing mix change or be different?)
d) At the end of your document, clearly identify who was in charge of which sections/tasks and who contributed more/less overall (if this was the case). If this is not included, all student will receive 0 marks for individual contribution.
