DQ1 – Select either the Behavior Approach or the Results Approach … explain what it is and defend why this would be the best method to measure performance in your organization (or one you are familiar with).

DQ2 – Explain what a Comparative System is and describe the method called Forced Distribution. Take a stance of being for or against forced distribution and persuade us why we should or shouldn’t use it.
