Watch the youtube video:The thrilling potential of SixthSense technology | Pranav Mistry at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YrtANPtnhyg Part 1. Dream up a new product using this technology. If you were to create a company related to this product, what would your vision statement be like? Who would be your customers? Provide enough detail that the class can get a good idea of what you would do, how you would market/advertise the product, and who your customers would be. Part 2. Let your imagination run wild for a few minutes as you think about the products that you and the rest of the class dreamed up. What social and ethical problems do you think these problems would present? NOTE: I caution you that, while you may present your ideas freely, there are those among us that differ in what they deem to be “appropriate”. Just because YOU think a product might be offensive does not mean that it should be offensive to others, who are also entitled to their opinions. For example, some might find the facial recognition potential of wearable technology might be an invasion of privacy. Others, however, might hold to the belief that privacy is not a right for those in public places. It is precisely these types of social differences that I am asking you to describe. Just be careful that you desribe the issue with as little bias as possible and maintain your professionalism.
