Summarize Mitroff’s book on Crisis Leadership Planning for the Unthinkable
The student will explain how people, technology, and crises apply. The student will discuss the concept of conventional thinking, its’ pitfalls, and potential for failures. The student will discuss how mangers communicate and the various personality types. The student will illustrate the concept of signal detection and planning for the unthinkable. Finally, the student will illustrate the role of spirituality in crisis leadership. The student will write a minimum of four full pages. The student will use the Mitroff textbook.
