The Self-Assessment Paper
The Self-Assessment Paper should be a summary of your personality type profile (based on 4 letters) you have completed in the course. For example, you will want to report on the results of your profile type with scores for each of the 4 letters (i.e., MBTI, Keirsey Temperament Sorter, Jung Typology Test). You must also discuss whether these results are descriptive of who you really are based on personal experiences from your life and the implications for your personal and career development, both short and long term. You may want to describe the results of the assessment that provided any new information. In other words, what did the assessment tell you about yourself that you were not aware of? Based on your personal experiences, did the assessment describe your personality type and can you now link it to a suitable career? An outline of the paper follows.
