Vulnerable population discusssion

Choose a vulnerable or undeserved population you are interested in learning about or helping and to which you have access. Choose one Healthy People 2020 leading health indicator and social determinant that fits with your chosen population. Locate the agency or healthcare organization that houses programming or services for this population. Identify and make arrangements to collaborate with a person in a leadership position within this agency or organization. Share your idea(s) for a project that will benefit the agency or organization and those that are served.
