Assume that you are a manager in your chosen career field. What are the top five areas that will be difficult for you as a manager to handle or keep on top of? Name these five areas and discuss why each one will be difficult to handle or keep on top of. For the four functions of management, talk about how those will impact your chosen career path and how you would use these four functions in performing your job. Then make a list of 10 pieces of advice for managers on how to be successful. Explain why you think each piece of advice is important. The paper should be a minimum of three FULL pages. The paper should be double spaced using a 10-12 size font. You do not need a cover page. Put your name on the first page of the paper. The paper will be graded on following directions, depth of answers, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
