Submit an original post and respond to R3a and R3b This week we talked about rites of passage and spent a good deal of time talking about marriage. You may discuss anything that you found interesting or thought provoking, but keep it grounded in the readings. Some questions to consider (you only need to answer one, if any): What are your thoughts on the legal and cultural regulation of sexuality (through rites of passage and/or marriage)? Why do you think sexuality is regulated by elders, leaders, and governments? Do you think that governments should be in the marriage business? Do you think that marriage is a civil right? Do you think that all marriages should be allowed as long as all parties involved are able to consent to them?
