What do you say about this assertion that community policing will make our police officers become too friendly with the community and that could elicit some disrespect, disregard and disdain from some members of the community toward the officers?
Naturally, humans have this tendency to underrate and underestimate people that are so friendly toward us but show respect, maybe out of fear for those than run us with an iron fist.
