What is a more effective means of coercion against a state-trade restriction or a threat of military action?

2. Describe a case where a nation-state changed its policy due to public shame.

3 . A perceived lack of available enforcement mechanisms has led some observers to question the effectiveness of international law. Is it truly ineffective? What are the counter-arguments? Be sure to reference international regimes in your discussion.

Assignments will be graded using a rubric appropriate for your class level.
