1). What is the difference between low-involvement and high-involvement buying decisions? Also provide an example and how this might change the “consumer purchase decision process”.

2). The 1st stage in the process is problem recognition, but what if the consumer don’t recognize they want it? Example: I-pad & I-pod—How did apple recognize the desire for a product that didn’t previously exist? What can we learn from this?
