Samuel’s sub shop uses a 3-step process to make their famous Nazarite sandwich. The process consists of (Step 1) slicing the bread, (Step 2) assembling the meat and toppings and, (Step 3) wrapping the sandwich.

They currently use a process in which each worker, as pictured below, completes only one task in the process in the given processing time. The Capacity of this current process is dictated by the cycle time of the bottleneck step.

A proposal has been made to cross-train all three workers so that they can perform any of the three steps. Assume the three workers can move about freely and use all the time available to them.
