Take a position on this question, taking special note of the considerations raised in chapter four and five of Singer’s book. You must settle whether the same moral judgments should apply to all animals (both human and non-human), or whether a distinction should be struck between human animals and non-humans animals (and, if so, why that distinction matters). You must also settle why killing is wrong in each of the relevant sorts of cases. (Your discussion MUST take into account at least some of the arguments entertained by Singer. Of course, you may disagree with Singer, if the think his arguments are flawed–but still, you must react to some of those arguments.)
