Why write a cheque is “credit cash account”?

Why write a cheque is “credit cash account”? think you write cheque , money goes out of bank, it would be debit , and what’s the meaning of “debit service charge” and “credit to cash”.I really don’t understand “debit sth” “credit sth””debit to sth” and “credit to sth”and I also confused that does the cash account mean the company bank cash account or not bank cash account.
