Should evidence that was gathered by the police in an unlawful way e.g. without a warrant or without reading Miranda rights, not be allowed to be used during the trial? Even if it the evidence gathered clearly proves that the defendant is guilty of rape or robbery etc?

What are some important characteristics of workplace writing? How do we distinguish the “good” workplace writing from the “bad”? For example, if you are reading an email, memo, letter, report, etc. what are the most important qualities of that correspondence? Are these qualities different if you are the one composing the correspondence?
